xperia x10-unblock new apps not from android market

hey guys any help from which ur xperia is from at&T and doesnt accept other apps outside android market??? pls help.....thanks

Here is a step by step guide with pictures

I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG!!!

OPTION 1 - Install *.ftf files

1. Install Flashtool

2. Copy the *.ftf files that you `ve downloaded earlier to firmwares folder from Flashtool.



3. Click "Flash" button from flashtool and select the *.ftf file firmware and click "OK"

4. Relax and wait a while. When the proccess is completed you will get a popup message (don`t click on that!!!)

5.

PHP Code:

a. Unplug your USB cable from PC
b. Power off your phone
c. Press back button and keep your finger on button
d. Plug USB cable to PC
e. Check if the green LED appear
f. On popup message press "OK" button
g. When "Found at USB/........" appear on flash tool you may release "back button", sit down, relax and wait. 


6. IF the "Start Flashing" message appear everything`s ok if not...repeat. Sitdown and relax (again )



7. When last message appear unplug/plug USB cable

8. Repeat steps 2 - 7 for MT

9. DONNE

hey sir...i think it working, becasue that of at&T logo when u estart is gone...... and as ig it started all from erricson logo.....still working on it....BRAVO!!! sir your THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i ever spoke here in this forum!!!!!! PERFECT!! no problme at all on the installation it works GREAT for me!!!!!!!!!!! again...thaks for the suppoert!! for that home Home launcher xperia arc....nice and good and even that AT&T logo on the screen when i start it its totally gone!!!!!!! no more!! much better!!! your the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey sorry to bother u again, my last inquiry, ...is that the apps called "ASTRO" where the files are....and downoaded it.., if ever i take it put on my xperia x10, would it affect the HOME LAUNCER??? since the files are in it?? will it also de activate its launcher  from the phone or not??? anyway thast the only purpose of it, for the file, nothing else?? and the home launcher is already installed ...so whta if??? ican it be deleted or not??? just asking ??????? and again my gratitude to all the information. and might help also others...then.

Astro is a file manager app, just like OI File Manager which I prefer

a file manager shouldn't affect anything, the only thing it does is grant you access to your memory card
