my x8 phone isn't work

I charged the phone.
At one point, switch off the power, time passes ...
Later, wanted to see the time - does not respond to buttons.
I reconnect the battery, try to restart the phone.
It shows a red LED and nothing else.
seus does not update the phone.

what are the solutions to the problem?

now it shows SE Logo, but xrecovery is not loading

may try to load the firmware into the phone with 3rd party flasher?

Not sure if this will work. Since phone is able to connect to PC/Laptop, why not do a Software repair?
