Web page will not rotate

Hi Guys,

     Have had the arc,for just over five weeks, all was working perfectly,until today. when I do a search on google as soon as the web page is displayed the screen flips to panoramic view and will not auto rotate from that position,all other screens auto rotate and work as normal.I have re-booted the phone, removed and replaced the battery, also performed a settings reset all with the same results. I.e no change.  Before the phone goes back in the box for a trip back to the seller.  any suggestions

Sounds really strange. You could try to clear data and cache for the browser, see if that might make any difference.

Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage application > All > Browser > Clear data and any cache.

If that does not help, check if you get the same problem using another browser, like Opera. That one is available on Market.

And if you still get the same problem I think you should go ahead and reinstall the phone software using Update Service.

     Tried all that you advised, the only thing that worked was the re-install, every thing is back to standard and im a happy bunny again
