Hello ,

I am facing a serious problem with Sony Xperia M2 dual with low volume. My phone volume is not audiable after updating to latest software.Kindly provide solution for this issue.

Android version: Android 5.1 (Lollipop)

Latest available software: 18.6.A.0.182

I'm also facing same problem. Low quality and low volume from external speaker. The problem started after lollipop update.

ok i had this problem i plugged in my headphones listend to 2 seconds of a song paused the song unpluged the headphones and its back to normal sound  leme know if this fixes anyone elses problem

Removed mesh from bottom of the phome but still same.

Now think of replacing the phone with Z5

Booting In safe mode work. My problem was fixed when i got back In normal mode after a safe mode.

If you seriously want sound improvement just rip that duplicate strip ( design over speaker can be removed its just glued).And, you will notice huge improvement.
