Suddenly i lost my contacts on xperia M4 aqua

I have got Xperia m4 aqua and i lost all my contacts while I have deleted any contact then also all contacts was backed up from google and now google is also not showing my contacts

could you check if what account are you using>

contacts app>3 dots>manage accounts

try to sync your google account in your phone.

or try to visit google contacts on a desktop
