Back is vibrating while charging

Got my Xperia XZ yesterday. Total first time charging and the back is vibrating when ich touch it. This is very strange and ich dont think its normal....

I'm sorry to hear that you feel worried about your phone.

You might experience that your Xperia device is vibrating when you touch the metal surface during charging. This is due to non-harmful leakage current. The vibrations are not dangerous, and will not affect your device.

As @Viridis mentions, it's not uncommon or specific for Xperia XZ.

@Aithir Have you checked if the device is correctly charging? Is the LED turned on? Normally, it should vibrate first time you connect the phone to charge it.

We're you connected to an extension lead by any chance?

IT is charging correctly and i am using the Standard charging device provided with the Phone. The effect only occurs while charging and thouching the back. Ich dont really think this should be so.

I'm just trying to find out more about this, but can say that it happens on metal bodied laptops, iPhones and iPads etc, and is normal with those devices.

Yeah i read something like this either, but as someone who knows auch bit about electricity i cant accept it...
