Sony WF-1000XM4 - alternative ear tips - silicone ones preferred

any idea on where/how to obtain silicone ear tips for Sony WF-1000XM4? I really don't like the foamy ones that came with earbuds 😞

If they are the same size as the WF-1000XM3, couldn't you just obtain the 1000XM3 ones and replace them?
