I've had a look at various bluetooth diagnostic tools, and the WF-1000XM4 isn't announcing the battery level to macos. Please can this be resolved? It's a basic thing for bluetooth devices these days - even my generic mouse does it.
In order for MacOS to show the battery %, both devices must be using the same Bluetooth connection profile. Connection and pairing does not guarantee battery % will be shown.
Unfortunately, it's very common for MacOS to not show battery % for a large amount of devices, especially devices using a more recent Bluetooth profile.
You could go into the Mac settings for Bluetooth and manually trying different profiles, but that may knock out % readings of other devices.
Bluetooth Profiles isn't a thing I'm aware of. Can you steer me in the right direction?
