Having recieved my Sky package yesterday I cant get my NW to work wirelessly ... it works with the LAN cable .. and my partners new Compaq worked straight out the box once linked to the router .. but mine wont ... Sky have done their bit and tested what they can from their end but no luck .. have checked all firewalls etc ( as far as I know how ) and have even uninstalled the virus software, tried it without to no avail ...
secondly, in case there is a link .. my Canon iP4200 isnt being recognised ... i have downloaded all updates as rec'd ... but no luck still .. again, my partners Compaq running 7 home premium worked 1st time ...
all help would be VERY greatfully recieved ... 
ps have run windows diagnostic for wireless issue .. see file attached for results which mean nothing to me ..
