vibration doesn't work on xperia arc

anytime even on the startup, the phone is not shaking at anytime, someone can help me?

Hi, do a test using the Service Menu.

Launch Phone Dialler, key in *#*#7378423#*#*, select Service tests>Vibrator, does it vibrate?

If it does, probably a software issue which can be fixed by Factory Data Reset or Software Repair.

Let's just hope it is not a hardware problem.

Hate to tell you this .... hardware issue! Your only choice is to send it to your local SE Service Centre for repair (warranty?).

I guess i have no more warranty. Where are the SE Service centre nearby Montreal, Canada?
