Xperia X8 update

Well, after looking around and seeing there will be no (planned) xperia x8 update above android 2.1, I'm wondering what will be incorperated into the small system updates and bug fixes. I just want to know what will be fixed,

also, is there ANY way i can load android 2.2 and higher on to my experia WITHOUT voiding the warranty.

after looking around, i finaly rooted anf flashed cm7 mini on my x8.

hoping they remove the sony ericsson ui,bring the real android homescreen to the x8

if you flash a custom rom, you will void your warranty, but you can always flash back to it's original firmware
