Sequrity question on Xperia 8

Hi, my son have tampered with my friends phone, and now it's my problem! They don't know the answer to the sequrity question and the phone is of course unable to use. Can anyone help me solve this, please.

update your phone thru this...

its the only solution..

also all phone data will be lost..as you canot use your phone you cannot baack up those files..

sd card stuff will not be deleted..
