Hello All,
I'm trying to update my Xperia Play but I keep running into the same issue.
I run the Sony Ericcsson PC Companion, and click update phone, and all seems to be going well until I get to Step 2. After checking for an update my phone shuts down automatically. Then step 2 says to unplug the phone, turn it off, then plug it back in while holding the Back button. I do all that but nothing happens.
Help would be much appreciated
