How about doing another Factory data reset, then try to access Market prior to any data restoration?
Hi, perform Factory Data Reset.
Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset. This will erased your phone memory completely (SD Card not affected), make sure you backup. Good luck.
I tried factory data reset but the problem is still there................................
Have you tried both Wi-Fi and Data network?
Did you restore data (settings, apps, etc...) after factory reset and software repair?
