how to move icons on app drawer if...

my edit icons beside the home menu is missing... how am i supposed to move icons? before this i have a problem in missing widget when i updated the "youtube" then i clear the data in home launcher, i think, but after that i cant find it.

u have too select "own order first "

in the arrange apps button..

its a limitation..

if u have selected any other "arrange apps icons " u wont get the option of moving..
