How do i find out my smsc number for my 10x mini?

So yesterday i could text fine until suddenly it came up with an error every time i tried to text someone "unable to send" or something, so i looked on here and tried the *#*# thing, and i need a smsc number, but i dont know how i find out what my smsc number is? someone help me please!

You can get that info from your mobile network.Which network are you using?

The number is: +447802092035.You need to enter it in exactly that format.

then what do i do after ive typed in that number?

Nothing! That's the service centre number you need to send and receive sms, so check that you can by sending an sms to yourself.

dont i click update or anything? because when i clicked off it and went back onto it, the number was gone?

Update or Save, depending on what options you have.

but now it says 'update error' know how to fix that?

I don't know why this is happening.Make sure that the sms service centre number is correct.Otherwise, run the SE update service on your phone or ring Tesco mobile and ask them whether there's a problem at their end.
