Hi,
We have an Xperia Arc device which was assinged to a member of staff who has left the company now, when we got the device back we noticed it has a lock pattern on the device which we cant get past to reset the device.
Is there another way of wiping the device back to factory settings without the pattern lock. We do not need to keep any information on the device.
We do not know the users google account to reset it either.
I have read varous pages on the web saying that if you hold down the bottom left and right buttons and power on the device this will master reset the phone but this does not work all it does is turns the device on in 'safe mode'
Any help is greatly welcomed.
Thanks in advance.
Nick
