Gallery doesn't work anymore

From today the Gallery application doen't work anymore!

When I start it an error message come about process com.sonyericsson.gallery (unexpected interruption).

I tried also to restart the phone.

How to fix it?

Android version 2.3.3.

P.S. The widget on my phone desktop works but when i want to see a pic the same error occurred.

Hi Dynax303, try going to manage application to clear data and cache for this app. Restart phone and try again.

Nothing.

"Gallery" application do not have cache. I deleted data, restart the phone, but the problem is the same Slightly_frowning_Face

Maybe the app is another or use a kind of service?

There is a way to see a detailed log?

Not sure whether this will work. Try removing SD Card, re-inserting it and access gallery again.

Be sure to power off phone prior to removing SD Card. Winking_Face

you need to backup everything and then repair it with Update Service to fix this issue

to backup everything on the Arc  install Backup & Restore App

if you don't want to use the backup & restore app then

or your SMS use

backup & restore SMS

and for your MMS use Save MMS

just to play it safe sync your contacts w/ google if you haven't already

open your phonebook
   
press MENU button -> tap on Send Contacts -> select all -> send it to your email
   
on your computer
  
-> download the file -> go to your gmail -> click on contacts -> click on more actions -> on the drop down menu click on "import" -> choose the file -> and click import

one last thing

Don't worry so much about backing up your apps

on your computer go to

market.android.com -> log in -> click on My Library -> and send all your apps to your phone

A Software repair is always the LAST option if all fails. At least you tried all possible ways to rectify the issue. Winking_Face

I don't like to backup and restore, there is always a problem on restore (my experience on X10).

Maybe there is another solution to find. Where are the cache files of each picture? I will try to delete these files...

SHOOT A PHOTO!!!

Now it works!!?
