connection to gmail apps

i can't connect to gmail apps. therefore i can't use googletalk and android market. it sucks. can you help?

Please can you let me know the following?

- How you are unable to connect.

- Any error messages.

- Whether you can access the Internet through the browser.

- Whether you are using 3G or Wi-Fi.

i'm using wifi and the signal is good. however, when i try to connect to gmail therough the app, it says 'can't establish a reliable data connection'. i am able to use the browser though. i could open sites lng facebook and stuff.

I suggest performing a Factory Data reset as this should resolve the issue,

Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset ( Note: this will remove data from the handsets memory but will not touch a SIM card or memory stick.)
