C902 'Divert returns Command Error' if try to set up divert calls - any solution?

old phone but keep up-to-date with Firmware and PC Companion software updates.......Command Error preventing any type of diversion of calls!

This is a network issue, so you need to contact them and ask if they will allow you to divert calls,
