I have a SONY TV 2018 HIGHEND YOUVIEW G1 4K and I player just stopped working. We have done a factory re set and updated the software. We have also unplugged the tv and the internet but nothing is making it work, any ideas? My kids are wanting to watch kids programmes and it’s driving me mad I can’t access them 😥

Hey Katelrawcliffe, delete the serial number from your previous comment please. Also, what exactly happens? Have you tried clearing cache and data from YouView and YVservice host then force stop them? Then you need to enable YouView and soft reset the TV.
How on earth do I delete the previous comments?????
Sony help desk are working on it so hopefully they will do all that
