I fixed in a different way. I could not run in safe mode.
Through applications "PC Campanion" fixed the software using the "repair software" and everything works as it should. I had the software updates have a bug or I got a call from a defective factory Soft. Now it comes smoothly and without problems.

My request in compensation for the problems would be to spend 7 Android software for the phone. Slightly_smiling_Face

Hi @Borut,

I'm sorry to hear about that. Slightly_frowning_Face

Do I understand you correctly that you are using the inbuilt messaging application and when you start a new conversation or open up an already existing converation, and press the small camera icon just below where you type your message, the camera opens up and if you press the shutter button the picture doesn't show up in the message and it does not show up in the Album application either?

After you have pressed the shutter button to take the photo, you will see 2 small rings. A red one with a "x" inside, if you press that one the picture will not be added to the conversation and will not show up in the Album application and you will return to the previous screen with the shutter button.

If you press the green circle with a check mark inside, the picture will be taken and both added to the message and will appear in the Album application.

Make sure that the messaging application have the correct permissions, so it can access the internal storage or SD card in your phone.

Go to Settings > Apps > Messaging > Permissions > enable all permissions here and try taking a photo again.

I would also recommend that you clear data for the messaging application, this will not remove any text messages that you have sent or received, it will only data for the application. To do that, go to Settings > Apps > Messaging > Storage > Clear data.

Just to make sure that the camera is saving pictures at all in your phone, could you please start the camera application, take a photo and see if you are able to view it in the Album application?

Let me know how it goes and I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question!

Unfortunately, they do not help your counsel. Despite the full entitlement, the camera does not add images directly to the message. Sony E5 is a dud Sony (silent ringing, problems with soft, for many applications the factory).

Thanks for the update!

Could you please try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you experience the same behaviour when third party application aren't loaded?

Let me know that goes! Slightly_smiling_Face
