lockscreen bug

I recently bought two E4s for me and my wife. All is fine but there is this very annoying visual bug on the lockscreen. Almost every time I turn on the phone, the clock widget appears duplicated on the bottom of the screen where the camera and operator icons are. It happens for half a second and disadisappears. Everything is updated and with stock firmware and software. This happens on both phones. Id appreciate any help getting rid of that problem.

The lockscreen and home screen must have the same live wallpaper, if you switch the home wallpaper the lock screen will change the wallpaper to a generic Sony wallpaper.

Thank you for your reply! Yes it happens even in safe mode. Factory reset doesnt work either.

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

So you mean it's just me with that problem? On both phones? Brand new, out of the box.. Updated and all.. Would it help if I make a video to showcase the bug?

I do not have Xperia E4 to check,you could record the problem and maybe a staff member will take a look.
