Battery fails and TS not helping at all- Xperia E5

Bought my phone early September last year. Not even three months passed and it wasn't charging, and even plugged in the battery drained. It stills has warranty on, so I delivered it to the technical service on December 12th. It came the 23rd, and all the TS did was to update the software -something I can do at home in less than 10 minutes-, so the battery problem still went on. I decided to send it back on the 29th; when I picked it up on January 7th I found they did basically the same: upload the software -when i picked up the phone the last time it was given to me with the software at the latest version, so, speaking shortly, they did nothing at all. The problem persist. I've been calling the TS and all they do is telling me that I'm wrong, they have already fixed my phone and it's my problem, there's nothing they can do about it. As a costumer, I'm very disappointed with the services Sony provided, ignoring their duty to fix a phone with its warranty still on.

Because this is a warranty issue you will have to remain in contact with your Local support team.
