Sony DSC HX100V camera LCD Screen - repair/parts.

Where can I have my Sony DSC HX100V camera repaired or where do I acquire spare parts? 

My professional camera repairer in London finds it difficult to obtain spares.The LCD screen and black plastic supporting frame are damaged.

Although I am not too knowledgeable about the repair of cameras, I have seen a few similar questions in the past where the user has had some success by looking at eBay. The specific parts themselves may not come up too often but it is always worth checking in every so often to see what is available.
