For the HX 20, how can I download the user guide please. Not the Instruction Manual.

Other than the instruction manual as far as I am aware the only manual that is available is the iManual that is viewable in your pc's browser - DSC-HX20/HX20V/HX30/HX30V User Guide - http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/4424086131/EN/index.html

If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro (or know someone who has) you can make a PDF from the web-based manual quite easily.

Alternatively, it is possible to print selected pages from the i-manual in most browsers.

However you may want to think twice about printing as it's 274 pages long..:smileyshocked:

As has been mentioned above I think it may be easier just to print of the parts that are of use to you..:smileywink:
