Hi @Nevzad
Would you please elaborate on what we are seeing in the image and what exactly has happened?

Hello, this is a picture of the upper middle part of the tv screen, i was trying to show the faint horizontal lines, i don't really know if they are visible on the picture, and my question is if the warranty will cover this
Sorry, my iPad produced a duplicate.
Hi @Nevzad
General warranty depends on which Retailer you bought the TV from. All the good ones offer a 5 year warranty. However if it is image retention, then this is specifically not covered as manufacturers see it as misuse of the TV.
If you are brave enough you could try a Panel Refresh.
Can you please post a picture of the entire screen? As with the posters above, I can’t quite see what we are looking at, and where the horizontal and vertical is.
But yes I can see the white lines, on grey with true black above. But it looks like the boundary between the grey and the black isn’t a horizontal.
If it isn’t, then this looks like external panel damage, so you need to consider who or what might have inflicted this; and if so, this would be a home insurance claim, if you have damage cover.
If it is horizontal though, it may be a panel failure; how long have you had the TV, and what warranty do you have in place with whom?
Yea I can't really notice anything in the picture you shared in the post, would be helpful if you shared more that shows the issue itself, cheers.
