Sky Q Juddering in 2160p Mode with KD-5XD9305

This issue continues with our set and with many others as can be seen from the Sky Q community:

http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Juddering-in-2160p-mode-when-using-Sony-TV/td-p/2499022

This isn't the only thread where this issue has been raised.

Temporary solution:

https://sony-eur-eu-en-web--eur.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/133958

I don't expect to see this on a top of the range set and with Sky Q launching in the 13th there is still no sign of a fix from Sony.

Are we expected to keep turning our sets on and off for the foresealble future?

Do we have a date for this fix?

This is the 2016 model range so just shouldn't be hidden in that thread. It appears that Sony are now selling TVs that are not fit for purpose as they can't cope with 4K input.

I do hope we have a fix shortly as this will be escalated to a much wider audience before long.

Does this information get fed back to Sony or is this just a community that helps one another?

@cosimoss, I agree.  Presumably the retailers are unaware that they are selling TVs that can't cope with the 4K output from Sky Q Ultra HD and BT Ultra HD boxes.  Awareness is growing, so hopefully retailers will start to put pressure on Sony to get this fixed quickly.  After all, my video illustrating the problem has now had over 320 views.

Can we have this in a 2016 model bug list?

The latest Sony TV should not have this bug and it is becoming upfit for puropse with having to switch it off/on to watch Sky Q.

Does anyone from SONY come here, if so could they please comment?

Bugs and issues:

A couple of them need updating, and ill change the title to include all android tvs (2015+2016), when i get the time

Sony staff rarely comment on the forums - most are not allowed to anyway.  But the do actively monitor and read some threads.
