check the bottom of the phone, you should be able to see a bar code and right above it you should see the serial number

thanks but there is nothing printed on bottom of z ultra.

My bad I tought you meant the Xperia Z, have you check one of the flaps to see if there's a white plastic that you can pull out, make sure not to pull it to hard or you might break it

it should be on the same compartment as the SD card

if the white tag is broken ,is it void the warranty?
