Can't see Z ultra in update service

sony update service application donot showing the xperia z ultra phone.

any 1 plz help me

That's strange, i have it when i start Update Service. Try reinstalling the application and see if that helps.

i uninstalled sony update service & installed new version also but no use.

in products page the z ultra only missing how its possible.

Check the dropdown list at the top right, Xperia Z ultra is just above Xperia ZL.

If it's missing, just select Xperia Z instead. Update should work anyway and you will not get wrong firmware installed.
