Oh I've read this in another topic :
"Sony released today an update for the update center, once installed the phone was able to upgrade to the latest rom without problems. Thank you Sony!"

That's okay.

How do you know nothing has changed, have you tested every single function?

Did you tried to search in Google by firmware number? Slightly_smiling_Face

Has it fixed the bluetooth issue or the double tap to wake issue? Maybe the clock resetting everytime the phone is rebooted?

I didn't complained about these issues at all.
I just need to know what's this update?

So you don't have bluetooth, clock resetting or double tap to wake problems with 7.0? That sounds unfeasible...
The 'What's New' app was updated, and that is required for software updates but it still doesn't explain the firmware update. Sony never release details so unless one of the documented faults has been fixed, or possibly all of them (unlikely) then I guess we'll never know.
