XA Ultra Notification light changes while charging

I noticed at the start that the light is red and after a few minutes, it turns into a lighter shade of red (red-orangey, not pink, not orange). Can anyone advise what this means? I am using the charger that came with the phone.

Since I brought it up already, is there any difference between charging the phone while it's turned off and on?

Hi @morrissye!

The battery notification light changes depending on what percentage your battery is at. It changes accordingly:

• Green - The battery is charging and the battery charge level is greater than 90%
• Orange - The battery is charging and the battery charge level is less than 90%
• Red - The battery is charging and the battery charge level is less than 15%

Is there any difference to charging the phone when it's turned on or off?

Also, I noticed whenever I stop charging at 100% that the battery will jump to 92-94% once I pull out the plug. Is this normal?
