I am a new member of the forum and would like to know about the warranty for the Sony Xperia, how long does it last? And what does it cover? Does it cover a wide range of parts? Like the Screen? Mainly the screen??
Hi @SonyXperiasparks, welcome to the forum!
You can find the warranty information for your device on our website. Select "warranty information" in the drop down list for documents, then select your country to get the information that is valid for your country. Here you can find information on how long the warranty lasts and what is covered by it.
Let me know if you still any unanswered questions about this.

I think in different market is different terms. For example in my country for device is 2 years, for accessories (battery, charger, headphones and ect) - 1 year
In my country warranty is for manufacturer failures, if device from first day and 2 years later working incorrectly, appeared issues from which is responsible manufacturer. Authorised Service Centre detecting who is guilty if costumer - warranty is cancellation and costumers can fix smartphone with own money, if center detecs that guilty is manufacturer - all process fix is free for costumers. I don't know about water resistant if smartphone stop working after drop to water (coz most Sony models have water resistant), but most things like broken screen warranty is cancellation (but for screen is insurance). Ops forgot to say, warranty in my country some seller offer to extend for example to 5 years. Of course for some money. Insurance also is just for money. You must ask your seller about warranty. Coz in my country too is not all sellers offer the same things and conditions, understanding of terms also can be different
