Tethering xperia to usb

I hv xperia f3116 i tried to connect usb to copy music frm pc to my mobile. The usb tethering is not opening. Pl helo.

when you connect your device to the pc, check your phone for the prompt and tap MTP connection.

make sure you have installed XPeria companion for the drivers

and use different ports if possible
