Problem at xperia themes

When I install a new theme that changes by default the button icons it doesn't actually changes them (tried to install a sony's theme)

I am not sure that I understand in full, are you saying that when you change a theme the navigation keys below do not change when they are supposed to?

That's exactly what I mean the navigation buttons stay the same
