I am having problems with my Sony Z2 SGP511 tablet. Ever since I downloaded the new software update, 5.0.2, my Netflix app will not load. I get an error message, which is usually different every time. The most common message is: Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-1001).
I have tried from multiple Wi-Fi networks, uninstalled and installed the app many times, and restarted the tablet. I'm at a loss. Can I update to a newer software 6.0 without being prompted? Any help is appreciated.
I had to update firmware. Please check "Settings" and scroll down to bottom. Check if update is available. It worked for my old Z2 Tablet
It says the Software is up to date. Could you elaborate, is this what you mean by firmware? I'm sorry I'm not an expert on this stuff.
