suddenly my sony vaio duo 11's (model: SVD1121Q2E) touch keyboard isn't working and i can't do factory restore or reinstall my windows or refresh. i tried a lot. but i couldn't fix it. i can see one messege that some file are missing.
i went to PC World, where i bought from. but they said it needs to be send to SONY. it's gonna be take 4 to 6 weeks. i am upset, this is my only one device where i am doing my regular work everyday. how can i fix it by myself?
please help....
P.S: i bought my laptop 31st September 2013.
