WH-CH510 echo problem

Hello,

I just bought a pair of WH-CH510 and they are nice with the music listening but I have a major problem with the calling category. When I'm in a call (by phone, or by teams, zoom etc.) I can here my voice echo and also I can here every surrounding noise and it's very irritating, I can't focus on my call. Is there any way to adjust this nuisance?

Hey there,

Well, what am about to say may really upset you, but here I go.
This is not a fault actually, but it's a feature. And the bad part is that you cannot switch it off.
