WH-CH510 connecting issues.
Hello, I recently purchased a ser of Sony wireless headphones. They are to be used with my Sansung TV (7 Series) when I try to pair the devices, the TV scans and finds the headphones but when trying to connect and pair them I get this error message. "unable.to connect WH-CH510 make sure the device is switched on"
The headphones are switched on and in close proximity if the TV. Any suggestions on how to get them to pair?

Good Evening. I have reset the headphone to factory settings unfortunately this hasn't solved the problem. The TV still finds the headphones but wont pair and connect.

Maybe it's a compatibility issue, can you use them with other devices or use other headphones with the same TV?

They connect to both my samsung phones no problem. I haven't tried any other Bluetooth headsets with my TV so it's all new to me. I just find it strange how the TV can find them and says pair. But when pairing it says device not switched on despite the blue light flashing in pairing mode.

It's possible that the TV only supports source devices (like phones, tablets, laptops, etc.), but can't connect to headphones or soundbars for example.
