Hi All,
I recently bought a WH-1000XM4, for its noise reduction and wireless capacities for home working and Teams calls... and sometime listen to music.
I paired it to my laptop (Windows 10) with no problem, but, it always loose connection after a while.
I mean, from the first call (in hands-free mode) it will work, then suddenly for a next call i'll loose the audio of the handsfree mode (or the volume is very very low) even if I see it as a selection possibility . (all volume controls are set to 100%).
I will then loose the hands free mode in the control panel.
None of the pilots update changes anything, even rebooting, deleting paring and re-pairing.
the only way ,is to uninstall all pilots and reference to WH-1000XM4 and pair again, with no garantee on the level of the volume i'll get on Hand-free mode.
anyone got the same trouble?
😉
Fred
Hey there Fred,
First of all, I'd make sure that the headphone itself is up to date: https://bit.ly/3hd8B0y.
The next part is a bit tricky cause you didn't really confirm whether you're only connected to the PC, or, you also connect it to your phone as well ''using Multi-Point connection''.
But I'd recommend checking these articles: https://bit.ly/2XD3P5Y & https://bit.ly/3CqKljW.
You can let us know how you're proceeding if you need any more help!
Cheers.
