My WF-1000XM3's keep cutting out after about 10 minutes for the right one, and about 15 minutes for the left one. I've made sure the updates are done, I've even used the supplied cable for charging.
I have used the right one more as I sleep on my left side, and I used them to listen to ebooks to go to sleep. Sony have been useless, they gave me 2 resets to try, both failed. Then they provided me with a Sony official technical service who quoted me a figure approaching 100 pounds, and they couldn't guarantee a fix.
The price at the time of this post is 109 pounds for a new pair.
There is the dilema.
Can anyone suggest a fix? In the UK.
Hey @tbm1997, have you made sure that your Headphones software is up to date (Version3.1.2)? and have you tested them with more than one compatible device?
