Hi, When I Plug the Sony NWZ-E384 into the charger, the screen flashes up "For Music Lover by Music Lovers", then creating libraries, screen goes blank and continues going round in this loop.
The battery continually shows it is charging. The menu can't be accessed or music played. When I remove the charging lead, the Walkman doesn't switch on.
Can anyone please advise how this can be fixed
