Can you please please help!
While recently using Sony Music for PC i am starting to receive a constant error code 3073 for most MP3 files that they cannot be played due to error code 3073. I have reinstalled the software multiple times, I have tested the music files on other players and not had any issues at all. This is becoming increasingly frustrating as there seems to be no information on the cause of the error code. This is preventing me from adding new music to my player.
If this is ue to a recent windows update can you please advise on how soon this is likely to be fixed?

Hey Mooey79, what OS version are you operating on your PC? And what's the source of these files?
