The left earbud of my Sony WF-1000XM3 earbud recently stopped working.
Thus far I've been through the steps listed here:

Both earbuds flash red (and blue) during these steps. However, once I take the left earbud out of the headset and place it in my ear, it doesn't play any sound. It holds the charge and flashes blue when I take it out to connect. There doesn't appear to be any physical damage to the earbud. It just simply doesn't seem to be able to connect to anything.
Anyone have any ideas? I'm at the end of the road here.
Hey Myers3000, since you tried everything, I would recommend contacting Sony to send the headphones for inspection:
