Music Centre Sw crashes while transferin files to the player

Hei,

I have Sony Walkman NW-A45 portable player and I have recently encountered the following problem.  I have a new PC with Windows 10 readily installed. Some time ago I installed virus preventions SW to my PC.  I managed to installed the Music Centre properly but every time I try to transfer files to or from the player the SW crashes.

Would any body have suggestion for a remedy?

Hey aylonen,, try deleting the software and re-installing it again.
