Hi. I'm an owner of 2 GTK-XB60 Portable Party Speakers and have used the Sony Music Centre App on my iPhone 6+ up until now with no problems but all of a sudden the app will not open at all. The screen will go black for a few seconds before returning back to the iPhone screen.
I've tried everything from the turning off (or killing) the app, turning off the phone, uninstalling & reinstalling the app fresh, hard resetting the iPhone …. nothing works.
As far as I know, the app was the only way to achieve a true stereo sound with 2 speakers and now I'm stuck with just the party chain connection via Bluetooth.
My iPhone 6+ is updated to IOS 12.5.2 (the highest it will go given that support has ceased for it) and the version of Music Centre is version 6.0.0 and is compatible with IOS 11 and upwards.
I can't think of anything I've done to the phone that would've caused these issues but "it ain't working anymore"
Any help or tips would be grandly received.
