gtk xb72 sound problem

Hello!!!

I have 2 of those sony gtk xb72 speakers over 5 years. lately the one has started to sound too deep. Ever if the volume is fully turned up the speaker's sound is too deep compared to the other speaker. I have tried to reset the speaker but nothing changed. I also tried new and better cables and add a mixer to my setup but still the sound is messed up,any suggestions guys?
