Sony VAIO laptop stuck on VAIO loading screen

Hi,

I have a Sony Vaio E14. Model No. SVE14A3C5E
It runs Windows 8.1.
I can't get past the VAIO loading screen but can get to the Assist mode if I press the button on my laptop.

Anyone know what I need to do?
