tomorrow my broken fz goes to the sony repair centre for its blue screen of death i know its the faulty nvidia chip thats caused it but be interesting to see if they make sumat else up and if so im prepared to get it back free of charge. just a lack of trust in them as the charge is around £150 and anything on the motherbourd broken shouldnt matter as the bourd needs replacing for this part to be changed broken or not. if only they could give me some componsation as i had to buy a new laptop just to finish my degree work on time best part of £1000 Bad times
for a product with a new extended warranty you still pay service charge dissapointing but sorted it using my new laptops warranty and must say customer service was very good.
