Hi Peter,
Thank you for the reply!
I had gone through the manual , the BLUE TOOTH device icon isn't listed. I did also search for Bluetooth and not found. I am running Windows 7 home premium. ( The wireless Button is Enabled )
To allow other BLUETOOTH devices to communicate with your computer, follow these steps:
1 Click Start and Devices and Printers.
2 Right-click the BLUETOOTH device icon and click Bluetooth settings.
3 Click the Options tab and select the Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer check box.
Also, the VAIO smart network Advanced does not show anything
Please let me know another checks/settings can be done?
Cheers!
Jack
Hey, normally you would need to download the driver, however, Sony has withdrew them for W7, https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/laptop-pc-vpc-series/vpcf23b9e/articles/00189437
Are you able to update through the device itself?
